I don’t seem to be able to print from my computer?
First of all make susre that all of the cables are connected in the back of the printer (including the power!) and that the printer is properly connected to the computer. (Check your printer manual for guidance.)
To be able to print from your computer you will need to have the correct printer driver installed, if you are not sure if you have the correct driver installed follow the instructions for the driver installation procedure, when you reach "Step 4" - the point when you are asked to select your printer - check that your model is in the list, if it is not there you will need to download an upto-date driver from your printer manufacturers' web site, for a list of manufacturers' websites please click here.
